When you use our offer form or contact form, or when you call, email, or text us, you may give us:

- Property information, such as the address or parcel number (APN), county, state, and approximate size

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the website secure and working. Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

- To prepare and discuss an offer and, if you choose to sell, to work with the title company to complete the sale

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as the platform that delivers our messages, is permitted only to provide those services. All other categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Your choices and rights

- Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep information that we are required to keep by law or that is needed to complete a sale you started.

6. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and transaction records as long as required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
